"A race? Well... I guess that works" Rei wasn't exactly the fastest Shinobi around but she could probably keep up. It was probably lucky that she had some extra money to pay in case she lost. "Well, someone start, good luck you two" she smiled and got her bearings and figured out where Ichiraku's was exactly so she at the very least didn't get lost when they started. It'd only make things difficult if she didn't know where she was going after all. For now, the young girl would wait for one of the boys to start the race.

Kai got into a running stance and counted down from three. "3,2,1,GO!" Kai took off towards Ichiraku and didn't look back. He jumped up onto a building for the height advantage. "This is fun so far." Kai kept running on the roofs and smiled to himself thinking of all the ramen he was going to eat. Kai looked back and didn't see anyone following him

(Do you guys think we should include stats in this race, or just keep it as simple RP?)
Risuku sighed as he saw Kai burst away so quickly. He then turned back to Rei, seemingly unworried about Kai’s head start. "Better get moving." He then turned and ran off after Kai. As he turned a corner he began to focus his chakra and called out a jutsu name, "Hebi zuruzuru suberu!"
About ten seconds later he was leaping from the street to a tree, and then landed right next to Kai on the roof top. He ran with his arms and Duko out stretched behind him, "Kaizuka. You’re pretty fast!" He said, an observation as much as a complement, "Or a bit faster then me at least."
